A. The Florida Sun Homes Group was formed in
1991. Florida Sun Homes are a family business owned
and operated by Simon & Annette Eason. Nearly all our
homes are built owned and managed by our own staff. As we
have grown over the years, we have always wished to maintain
a personal approach to all our clients and we are always available
to personalise your holiday requirements. Florida Sun Homes
is a registered trademark.
Our USA management staff also work exclusively for us, and
are always available during your stay to assist with an unexpected
problems that may arise.
Sunshine Travel Limited is our fully bonded sister
company. This is managed by our daughter Karen and her team,
who will work with us and you to ensure all your travel arrangements
to Florida meet your expectations.
Q. Where are these homes?
A. The homes are located on the small select development
of St James Park in Kissimmee. All homes on this site are
individual on large plots, during construction you were not
allowed to build the same house twice. St James Park is located
just off Poinciana Boulevard, just past the intersection with
Orange Blossom Trail. The development is very quiet yet only
15 minutes from Disney and other attractions. Click

Q. We are a large party, are you able to provide adjacent
villas?
A . Because of our large presence on St James Park, we are
able to guarantee, subject to availability adjacent villas.
In fact all our villas are within walking distance.
Q. How are payments collected?
A. A deposit of £100 per week is collected
at the time of booking. (£150 for a single week booking).
The balance is due ten weeks before departure along with
a refundable £200 security deposit and any extras
booked. If flights are booked with our sister company Sunshine
Travel, a separate invoice will be issued. Payment
for the flights may be required earlier to comply with
the airlines booking conditions, but this will be confirmed
to you at the time of booking.
Q. What if I want to travel in two years time?
A. We are pleased to accept provisional bookings on
payment of a deposit. Exact dates can be confirmed when flights
become available, subject to availability.
Q. Do Florida Sun Homes arrange flights?
A. All flights are arranged through our sister company
Sunshine Travel. Sunshine Travel has access
to over 400 operators and is a member of one of the biggest
buying groups in Europe, ensuring the best prices. Sunshine
Travel as a member of the Global Travel Group PLC, is
the agent of ATOL protected tour operators and other principals.
Sunshine Travel accepts all major credit cards and
switch cards.
A.Florida Sun Homes are agents for this service;
we accept all bookings on the basis that the customer has
effected such insurance either with ourselves, Sunshine
Travel, or another supplier. We would not knowingly allow
any booking to proceed without this cover.
Q. Do Florida Sun Homes discount car hire and attraction
tickets?
A. We transact extensive car hire and attraction tickets
sales. We pass a proportion of our group purchase discount
onto our customers. This service is available to anyone, including
those who choose not to book our villas. Once again there
is no obligation to purchase our car hire, but it does help
with directions to the homes, when we know where our customers
start. We can supply most attraction tickets and would be
pleased to quote for your requirements.
Q. Do we need to take bedding, towels and hairdryers?
A. All our homes are supplied with all bedding and
linen. We also supply all towels, but would ask you take you
own towels for the beach and water parks. Each house has at
least one hairdryer, please note electrical products from
the UK, even with adaptor plugs will not work as efficiently
due to the lower voltage.
